Treasurer:
The Treasurer is responsible for all financial aspects of running the non-profit CSA. This is a Board Level Position with a two Year Term. For information contact:

Fundraising:
The Fundraising Chair oversees all fundraising activities with the exception of the Auction. The CSA runs entirely on funds raised through the wide range of fundraising activities, so this Board Level Position, a two Year Term on the Pine Hill CSA Board, is key to the ongoing operation of the CSA. Communications:
The Communications Chair is responsible for publicizing CSA sponsored activities in the Weekly News, and where appropriate in local newspapers. This Board Level Position is a two Year Term. For information contact:

Auction/Events:
The Auction/Events Chair is a great position to share with a friend. This immensely important role runs the biennial Pine Hill Auction (odd years, so YES 2010-2011 IS an auction year.) This Board Level Position is a two Year Term. For information contact:

Innisbrook Sale:-- POSITION FILLED
The Innisbrook Sale Coordinator runs this profitable CSA fundraiser in the fall each year and over the web for the balance of the year. The fall fundraiser is well established, well organized and easy to run, taking just a few hours each week to publicize, manage orders and distribute the gifts and gift wrap. Internet sales require less than an hour per month to manage. For information contact:

On Line Library Book Fair:
The Library Book Fair, is going ON-LINE!!!! It provides an opportunity to Pine Hill Families to gift books to the Pine Hill Library. This Important Sale helps to refresh the library inventory each year. For information contact:

Pine Hill Store:-- POSITION FILLED
The Pine Hill Store is a portable store containing Pine Hill logo items for sale. This is a great opportunity for a motivated family to manage and restock the inventory and set up shop at a wide range of Pine Hill Social events. For information contact:

Bulletin Board:-- POSITION FILLED
The CSA Bulletin Board, located in the lobby at Pine Hill, is a central place for communicating CSA activities and information. We need a coordinator to keep the board updated with highly visible, creative, and fun displays. For information contact:

Photographer Coordinator:
The Photographer Coordinator recruits parent photographers to take pictures at Pine Hill events ranging from All School meetings to Enrichment events. Photos are used in a wide range of programs including the Pine Hill CSA website and the much anticipated Pine Hill All School Slide Show. For information contact:

Easy Money: POSITION FILLED
There are several affiliate programs, run year long, which provide an ongoing source of revenue for the Pine Hill CSA. The programs allow members of the Pine Hill Community to purchase items as part of their normal purchasing activities, and provide funds back to the CSA at no additional cost. We need a coordinator to spearhead getting the word out, and encourage people to use the affiliate links when they make purchases. For information contact:

Gift Cards: -- POSITION FILLED
Gift cards provide a super fun, super useful way to both purchase great gifts for those teachers, coaches, babysitters, trainers, and relatives who are tough to buy for AND support Pine Hill CSA at the same time. The Gift Card program is well organized and easy to run, it just takes a few hours in the fall, and setting up to sell popular cards at several CSA sponsored events (Ice Cream Social, Book Fairs, etc…) through the year.
