    Although berries tend to be more expensive in the winter, here is a good reason to bend your budget a little bit. In a recent study, it was found that women who ate just one 1/2 cup serving of blueberries or two 1/2 cup servings of strawberries every week for 20 years, postponed memory loss for over 2.5 years!!
