This site is owned and operated by the Pine Hill CSA. Your privacy is important to us, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one of our highest priorities. We respect your right to keep your personal information confidential and understand your desire to avoid unwanted solicitations. Please take a few minutes to read our Privacy Policy, you will have a better understanding of what we do with any information you provide us and how we keep it secure.

A. Types of Information We Collect

At this time we do not collect any personal information about you. When you visit you are completely anonymous, we do not ask you to register or provide any personal information to access any parts of the site.

In the future we may add functionality so that parents can voluntarily provide their email address in order to directly receive the weekly newsletter. Additionally we may add forum/message board functionality that may require users to register with the site. That registration process would require providing a username, password and email address. Any of these described future changes will be completely optional and members of the parent community not wishing to participate will never be required to do so.

Currently all that is tracked is the number of times a page has been viewed and how many unique visitors each part of the site receives.

As a general rule, we do not disclose information about our website to anyone outside of the Pine Hill CSA Board of Directors.

D. Confidentiality of Personally Identifiable Images

The primary purpose of the website is to keep the parent community informed about upcoming events at the school and document how CSA resources are being used for the benefit of the students. Part of that documentation will include still image photographs of events at the school and possibly full motion video. Our policy is to use images that are group, distance shots so that it is difficult to identify individual children. Children will never be identified by name in writing or audio. Any parent objecting to the use of an image of their child can request to have the image removed from the website.
